A Few Stats

Our monkey is tall! She's 29 inches long and in the 90th percentile! :) Daddy is also loving hearing "dadada" and swinging her around as she giggles like crazy. Madelynn loves playing peek-a-boo, and is "cruising" along and between pieces of furniture. We love you, sweetheart!

Nine Months

I know I say this every time, but I just can't believe how time is flying by. My baby is 3/4 of a year old (sorry ... math teacher)!! She's just so fun these days. We are so blessed!!!

It's getting a little hard to get the monthly picture with Madelynn on the move! We're having to be a little more creative.

The Month of April

"Sweet Pea" continues to be precious and grow and grow! Here are a few highlights of April ....

We spent some time in Birch Bay with Grandpa and Grandma.

Madelynn loves the water! The pool had really warm water, but the air was chilly. So, she wore a hat! :)

8 months old!! WOW!

We've had a busy few weeks!

A first of many I'm sure .... Madelynn stayed overnight with Grandpa and Grandma while Mom and Dad went to cousin Haley's musical. They had a great time, and Mommy kept Daddy from calling until about 8:00 Sunday morning! :)

First St. Patrick's Day!!!

To celebrate turning 7 months, Madelynn had her first fever .... The doctor said no infection, and she seems to be better now. Maybe she'll get more teeth! :)

Her newest "trick" .... Grandpa is a quick learner, too!

And, Madelynn's first soccer game. We had a great time watching Uncle Scott coach the team!

Happy Half Birthday, Madelynn!!

6 months old.... Wow!! She is growing up so fast!! Here are some highlights:

• Madelynn has TWO teeth! The first one came in on Valentine's Day and the other less than a week later.
• She rolls from one side of the family room to the other.
• She loves her feet and is curious about everything.
• Madelynn cracks herself up! She'll do something and giggle loudly!
• She's working on new sounds ... "oo", "p", "b", and "w" are the most recent. Of course, we are looking forward to "ma" and "da"!
• It's almost time to start pulling out the 9 month clothes. We'll find out her height and weight at her doctor's appointment on Friday.
• Madelynn is loved by many. She is really enjoying her time with Grandpa and Tutu and her cousins while Mommy and Daddy are at work! And Mommy and Daddy can't wait to get home to see her.
