Victoria, B.C.

Rich and I spent the last 4 days in Victoria. It was a great trip ... beautiful weather and a wonderfully relaxing time! We walked a LOT. It was our first trip with baby "Michard" and probably our last trip "by ourselves"! :)

P.S. Since we're not going to find out if we're having a boy or a girl until he or she is born (sorry Noell!!), Michard is the name we're using for baby Hughes ... half Michelle and half Richard! :)

Nursery!

This weekend we started setting up the nursery!! I know we have lots of time, but it's fun to start putting things together.

2nd Trimester

The baby continues to grow and everything looks good. At our most recent ultrasound, the tech told me the baby has soccer kicking legs! He or she is going to be like Uncle Scott! :) Here's an updated "pooch" picture.



And, Noell reminded us that this Valentine's Day was our last one just the 2 of us .... Don't think my mom (Grandma!) agreed that there are just 2 of us. Here's Rich with our gift from her! :) Thanks, Mom!

Baby! :)

Yep ... Michelle's pregnant!! :) We're expecting our first baby the end of August. We feel VERY blessed and just keep thanking the Lord for our little miracle!!

Leavenworth

We spent this past weekend in Leavenworth with some friends. It was beautiful!! What a great way to end Christmas break (I hope ... can't believe it's snowing AGAIN outside!).
